Procedure & Checklist

The procedure for Land Allotment as outlined vide circular no. D-14502 dated 26/09/2016 is as below:

Online Application – Applicant may fill up the required information in online application and select the plot for allotment.

Payment of Processing Fee and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) should be made online.

Processing fee will be applicable as per below table

Calculation of 5% Earnest Money Deposit (EMD):

Earnest Money Deposit = Prevailing Land Rate (per sq. m.) x Area of Plot x 5%

Auto-submission of form after payment confirmation.

After online applications received, scrutiny by Technical Scrutiny Committee will be performed on applications and DPRs.

Only applications with 60% marks will qualify the scrutiny.

The list of qualified and disqualified applicants will be published on the website.

No seniority list will be maintained, only qualified applications will be invited for Land Allotment Committee Meetings.

Meeting of Land Allotment Committee will be held within one month from the publication of qualified and disqualified applications.

The allotment of plot will be made to the applicant who has quoted the highest rate.

The minutes of Land Allotment Committee will be published on MIDC’s website.

The applicant who is qualified and is allotted the plot through decision of LAC will be issued an Offer Letter with details of 20% EMD payment which must be made within 15 days from date of receipt of Offer Letter. On receipt of 20% EMD, an Allotment Order will be published with details of 75% Balance Premium Amount within 30 days from date of receipt of allotment order.

Refund of 5% EMD received with online applications for all disqualified applicants during Technical Scrutiny or meeting of Land Allotment Committee, will be credited in Bank Account of the applicant online without any deductions, within 3 months from date of meeting of LAC. In case, the said EMD is not credited within 3 months, the same will be refunded with interest @4% p.a.

Self-declaration of Partners if Partners of Proposed Partnership Firm.

Partnership Deed with Registration Proof, if Partnership Firm.

Certificate of Incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, if Private Limited/Public Limited/LLP or other legal entity, under the Companies Act.

Self-declaration if Promoter of the Proposed Private Limited/Public Limited/LLP or other legal entity, under the Companies Act

Registration Certificate from the Registrar of Co-op societies, if Co-operative Society

Combined declaration of members, if Promoters of Proposed Co-op Housing Society

Details of area utilization of plot applied for in online application and block plan of proposed construction, phase-wise development plan of project, etc.
