After completion of formalities by the applicant for allotment of plot, possession receipt shall be obtained by allottee. Likewise, after getting verified the documents from the MIDC concerned authorities, the allottee shall get himself registered on MIDC website for availing various services.
For getting sanction of water connection, plot holder shall make online application and shall upload necessary documents on web site of MIDC.
The application completed in all respect will be available to the concerned office online for taking further necessary action.
The concerned authority shall scrutinize the water demand of applicant, application and other documents and then inspect the site.
Concerned authority shall work out all necessary charges and generate a demand note and make it available on web site. After completion of actions in respect of Point No.1 to 5 above, it shall be presumed that online services for sanction of water connection by MIDC is completed.
Afterwards plot holder shall make online payment as per demand note.
After making the online payment as per demand note, the allottee shall obtain format of agreement from the concerned MIDC office, pay the stamp duty, sign the agreement and shall submit to MIDC. This procedure is offline.
After execution/signing of agreement for water supply connection between allottee and concerned MIDC officer, the allottee shall procure all the necessary accessories for water connection at site after which water connection will be released physically.
